I grew up moving every three years (Indonesia, Singapore, Bahamas), so I’ve always embraced change. I believe everyone, including business, is capable of it. That’s why I love helping companies discover how they can create lasting impact. I started with a MSc Economics, but as a consultant and in-house sustainability specialist I turned to the world of sustainability. Now as a co-founder at New Alchemist, I help companies with B Corp plans, measuring impact or helping with pilots on refurbishment.
During my MSc Sustainable Development I cried a lot (hihi yes, I'm an emotional animal) about the dire state of our world and our collective inaction. But after years of working in sustainability, I actually feel much more optimistic, since I get to work with amazing brands that are just as excited as me about making a change for the better.
We work with various talented freelancers whenever we feel they can lift a project to the next level. We're working with copywriters, designers and video editors, and we regularly pick the brains of some of our clever friends.

It’s issued by the nonprofit B Lab and looks at how a company impacts workers, communities, customers, and the planet. Essentially, it proves a business balances purpose and profit.
