Als kind verhuisde ik elke drie jaar (Indonesië, Singapore, de Bahamas), dus ik heb verandering altijd al omarmd. Ik geloof dat iedereen, inclusief bedrijven, hiertoe in staat zijn. Daarom haal ik er zoveel plezier uit om bedrijven te helpen ontdekken hoe ze een blijvende impact kunnen maken. En belangrijker nog, hoe ze zich kunnen inzetten voor een betere toekomst.
Tijdens mijn MSc Sustainable Development heb ik veel gehuild (hihi ja, ik ben een emotioneel dier) over de erbarmelijke toestand van onze wereld en onze collectieve passiviteit. Maar na jaren in duurzaamheid te hebben gewerkt, voel ik me veel optimistischer, omdat ik met geweldige ondernemingen werk die zich net zo hard inzetten voor positieve verandering als ik.

It’s issued by the nonprofit B Lab and looks at how a company impacts workers, communities, customers, and the planet. Essentially, it proves a business balances purpose and profit.
