Practical implementation

Turning plans intoreal-world impact

Join the Sustainability Revolution

Why it matters

It’s one thing to have a fancy strategy. It’s another thing entirely to roll up your sleeves and actually make it happen.

At New Alchemists, we don’t just give advice. We get involved. We love translating ambition into real, tangible results. Think of launching pilot projects, starting emission reduction initiatives, rethinking your waste, designing and writing your impact reports, or boosting circularity in your supply chain. We help you do the work rather than just talk about it.

How we usually do it

Every project isdifferent of course, but here’s a general idea of how we like to work:

Planning

Together, we prioritize actions based on your sustainability strategy, resources and ambitions. We decide together what team members should be involved.

Project plans

We develop concrete project plans that are ambitious but realistic.

Activation

Time to bring our plans to life. We work side-by-side with your teams, suppliers and partners. We also activate our network, to make things happen.

Training and hand-over

We make sure your teams have the knowledge and tools to continue the progress independently.

Ongoing support (if you want)

Need extra support? We either stick with you for a few hours per week, or you just call us whenever you need us.
